These guides are written for The Table House and grounded in Scripture. They are not quick answers or borrowed messages from distant speakers. They are an invitation to slow down, consider what God says and take one honest step at a time.

Begin with the subject that feels closest to where you are.
Forgiveness does not pretend that the hurt never happened. It releases the matter into God’s hands and begins freeing our heart from its hold.
“And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”

Grief is the cost of loving someone deeply. God does not ask us to hide that sorrow; He draws near to the brokenhearted.

Repentance is not merely feeling guilty. It is turning honestly toward God and allowing Him to give your life a new direction.
“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.”

The Holy Spirit is God’s promised gift. The book of Acts shows ordinary people receiving Him with the recognisable evidence of speaking in tongues.
